Captain George Wilson C47
pilot in the Viet Nam War received his DFC on a night support mission
for the Republic of Vietnam giving flare drops for friendly forces being
attacked. Receiving heavy ground fire and under stormy conditions in
Mountainous terrain. Captain Wilson for the year of 9/66-9/67 was a
pilot advisor for the Viet Nam air force. His decorations include
besides the DFC, The bronze Star and 5 Air medals

Skip got into
several business ventures. He was President of George E. Wilson
Insurance Services 1972 to 1984.

his Family
Skip graduated
from San Bernardino High School in 1957 and the University of Southern
California in 1962 majoring in Finance and Accounting
In 1964 he married Carolyn who has a
masters degree from Azusa Pacific University and now teaches elementary
school in Colton. Back in 1966 they had a son named Christopher
who is now , 2005, a teacher at Fairfax Elementary school in San
Bernardino . Christopher also holds a masters degree in Administration
